Green – 30 g (you can use any salad mix)
Celery stalk – 2 pcs.
Apple – 0.5 pc.
Walnut – 50 g
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Sour cream – 4 tsp
Wine vinegar – 1 tbsp (Better use of balsamic)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Chili – optional
