Salad with avocado and egg

Ingredients:

Hard-boiled eggs – 4 pieces. (240g)
Avocado – 1/2 pcs. (120 g)
Light mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon (15g)
Unsweetened yogurt – 1 tbsp (15g)
Wine vinegar – 2 tsp.. (10g)
Garlic – 1 clove (5 g)
bran bread or pita bread – 100 g
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste

Preparation:

Egg yolks grind with avocado. They add the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, stir.

Then salt and pepper to taste. Garlic squeezing through the spadefoot, add and stir. Proteins are cut into small squares, and we send our ready mix.

Gently mix. Bread, cut into slices along either, smear salad
