Salad puff “Pechenkin”


chicken liver or veal(boiled) -350 gr
pickled cucumbers – 1 Bank
eggs – 4-5 PCs.
carrots – 4 medium
onions – 4 medium heads
oil for frying


Veal liver BOIL, then to grate on a coarse grater, chicken softer it can cut into small strips

Cucumbers cut into small cubes

Boil carrots and grate on a coarse grater

Onion cut into small cubes and fry in a pan adding oil until Golden brown

Boil eggs, whites separated from the yolks, the whites grate on a coarse grater

Yolks to leave for decoration

to put layers in rectangular or oval dish with high sides in the following order:

Liver 1/2 servings, coat with mayonnaise
Fried onion 1/2 servings
Pickled cucumbers 1/2 servings
Carrots, coat with mayonnaise
Proteins, coat with mayonnaise
The remaining liver, onions, pickles and spread thickly with mayonnaise
Sprinkle with yolks, grated on a fine grater
