1 head of young cabbage
4 medium-sized young carrots
100 g dried apricots
20 g dried cherries
1 large orange
1-2 tbsp of honey
1 tsp. green leaf tea with Jasmine
small bunch fresh cilantro


Brew green tea 1 Cup boiling water, steep 4 minutes, strain, pour a tea infusion of the dried apricots and cherries. Leave on for 15-30 min.

Drain the infusion (it is not required, it can be easy to drink – very tasty!). Cut the apricots along the stripes. Cherries leave as is.

With oranges remove the zest with a fine grater. Mix the zest with the honey, cover. From orange squeeze juice.

The cranberries to defrost, wipe through a sieve or blend in a blender, mix with orange juice.

Slice the carrots very thin strips, pour the cranberry mixture, close, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, but you can for a few hours.

Finely shred the cabbage, removing the stalk. Mix the cabbage with the cilantro leaves, lightly season with salt, remember the cabbage with your hands.

Mix with dried fruit and carrots with cranberry sauce, top with honey with the zest. This salad can be stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
