Salad of sweet pepper, cucumber and bean sprouts

Ingredients:

sweet red pepper – 1 pc.
golden beans (germs) – 100 g
small cucumber – 1 piece.
Cilantro – a few sprigs
soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
deodorized vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
sesame (seeds) – 1 tbsp
rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
green onions – 2 pen
ground coriander – a pinch

Preparation:

Sprouts dipped in boiling water for 30 seconds and immediately rinse with cold, drain.
Cucumber cut in half and cut into large pieces.
Peppers cleaned of seeds and cut into small strips.
Green onions cut diagonally.
Coriander leaves chop. Fold vegetables in a bowl for the salad.

For the filling mix the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, coriander and crushed garlic.

Dress the salad and remove up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

On a dry frying pan fry the sesame seeds and sprinkle them a salad before serving.
