Salad of peas, radishes and feta

Salad of peas, radishes and feta

Tender peas, crisp radishes, cucumber and a soft salty cheese — the original game textures and tastes.


400 g green peas (can be frozen)
60 grams of feta cheese
60 g arugula
6-8 radishes
1 cucumber
1 small bunch of dill

For the filling:

2 tbsp olive oil
½ Tsp of powdered sugar
½ Lemon
freshly ground black pepper


Boil the peas in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, immediately drain in a colander and run under cold water to preserve color.

Wash the vegetables well. Radish and cucumber cut into thin slices. Dill chopped. Arugula is well dried. Feta lightly mash with a fork.
For filling in separate bowl to combine the butter, sugar, lemon juice and beat well with a fork.

Salad in a Cup to combine the radishes, cucumber, dill and arugula. Pour dressing, mix well, and add feta to taste seasoning ground pepper.
