Salad of peaches with mozzarella

Salad of peaches with mozzarella

Ingredients:

2 handfuls of the mixture of lettuce
a small bunch of arugula
150g mozzarella cheese
2 fresh peaches (can use canned)
100 g thin slices of Parma ham or Spanish jamon
3 tbsp of “Extra virgin” olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Lettuce and arugula, wash and pat dry. Arrange on a serving platter salad greens, pre-breaking hands large leaves.

Divide mozzarella hands on fiber and place on salad leaves. Cut the peaches in half, remove seeds. The flesh also divide hands into pieces and arrange on lettuce leaves.

Ham slices whole lay between peaches and mozzarella. Before serving, pour all the olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

As a replacement, Parma ham can use Spanish jamon.
