Salad of Chinese cabbage


Chinese cabbage – 400 g

Ham – 200 g

Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.

Canned corn – 100 g

Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.

Salt and pepper – to taste

Green onions


Beijing cabbage divide by four longitudinal pieces and finely chop.

Cut the ham into strips of small thickness.

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips, too.

canned corn, drain excess water. Mix the ham, peppers, Chinese cabbage and corn.

A little salt and add pepper to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
