Salad of beef tongue with mushrooms

Salad of beef tongue with mushrooms

Ingredients:

mushrooms – 200 g
mayonnaise – 150 g
celery stalks – 2 PCs.
pickled cucumbers – 100 g
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
white wine – 1 tbsp
boiled beef tongue – 400 g
red onion – 1 PC.
salt, ground black pepper
mustard – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

Vegetables clean. Boiled tongue cut into cubes, celery stalks – sliced, cucumbers – cubes, onion – thin rings.

Mushrooms wash, cut into slices and fry in hot oil, 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Whisk the mayonnaise with the mustard and white wine, season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Connect in a bowl the meat, mushrooms, celery, cucumbers and onions.

Pour with the dressing and mix well.

You can garnish with fresh herbs.
