Salad of beans

Ingredients:

Canned Beans – 400g

Red tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.

Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 2-3 cloves

Salt and pepper the mixture – to taste

Green onions – 1/2 bunch

Salad of beans and tomatoese

Preparation:

Bank of beans to open and drain the juice waste.

Wash tomatoes, cut into small cubes.

Prepare the filling: In a separate bowl mix the butter, salt, pepper and garlic, passed through the press (or finely chopped). Thoroughly mix with a fork.

In a large bowl combine beans, diced tomatoes and finely chopped green onions, dressed with salad.

Gently mix.
