Salad “Carmen”

The salad is unusual, quite hearty, moderately spicy and fragrant.


– Chicken fillet 150-200 gr
– Ham – 150 gr
– Fresh tomatoes 250g
– Toasts 100 gr
– Mayonnaise 200g
– Adjika 15гр
– Garlic 10 gr
– Vegetable oil for frying


all the ingredients are cut into equal cubes.

Raw chicken fry until cooked, you can add a pinch of seasoning for chicken. I cooked with seasoning, gives a beautiful Golden color. At the end of cooking to salt.

Ham also fry in a hot pan until Golden brown. Spread the bread on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pour a small amount of vegetable oil, not more than a teaspoon. Put in oven
heated to 250 degrees С, dried to a light toasting.

Tomatoes stay fresh.

All stacked on a flat plate layers.

First, roasted fillet, then half of the tomato to chicken soaked with juice, the next layer of fried ham, all coat with mayonnaise dressing+hot sauce+garlic, then spread the rest of the tomato.
