Ingredients:

Sugar 100 g
150 ml of wine Marsala
6 egg yolks
fruit or berries

Preparation:

tdelit yolks from the whites. Beat egg yolks with sugar until white.

Put the bowl with the egg yolks in a pan of boiling water.

Gradually add the wine, whisking whisk or an electric mixer, for 10 minutes. Weight should thicken and increase in the amount of about 3 times.

The glasses to put the pieces of fruit. Put on top of cooked cream.
