● 500 g pork neck
● 300 grams of mushrooms
● 1 large onion
● 0.5 cups of red wine
● 150 g of cheese
● 1-2 pears
● salt, pepper


1. The meat is cut into oblong slices, repel, salt, pepper. Cut onion into
half rings, mushrooms – plates, pear – small pieces. Cheese cut into strips with a thickness of 0.5*0.5 cm

2. Onion fry until transparent, attachable mushrooms, simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Add the pear, all mix well.

3. On a piece of meat put a bit of filling, a slice of cheese and turn it into a roll that rewinds the thread or you can chopping toothpicks.

4. Spread on oiled baking sheet.

5. Put in preheated oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.

Next, each roll poured the wine and again put into the oven until fully cooked about 10-15 minutes.
