Roll for tea in 6 minutes

Ingredients:

Flour – 55 g
Sugar – 55g
Salt – a pinch
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Jem – 5 tbsp
Powdered sugar

Preparation:

Mix the first four ingredients, then add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly all whipped into a homogeneous mass.

Prepare a baking sheet, put on his paper for baking and lubricate it with sunflower oil or butter. Evenly lay on it and put the dough baked in the oven, preheated to 180° C.

Bake just 6 minutes, until the top of the cake will not get a golden crust.

In parallel with the baking cake, put on fire a metal pot into which we pour a little jam and it warms up. Jam may be any, but is particularly suited strawberry.

Remove from the heat and jam cake from the oven. Remove the paper and grease one side warm jam, wrapped in a roll, sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar.

Give cool, and you can make tea.
