Rocket salad with Parma ham and two kinds of cheese

Ingredients:

zest of 1 lime
50 g young Parmigiano Reggiano
300 g arugula
lemon juice
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
12 slices of Parma ham
2 tablespoons soybean oil
50 g young pecorino romano

Preparation:

Mix the oil, lemon juice and grated parmesan.

Both types of cheese cut into thin strips and petals.

Arugula mixed with dressing, sprinkle with shredded lime zest, mix, arrange on plates.

On top lay a ham and cheese.
