Roasted meat with vegetables


● 500g – meat (pork or beef)
● 1 piece – onion
● 1 piece – carrots
● 1 piece – pepper
● 2 pieces – tomatoes
● potatoes


Meat cut into slices and fry until half cooked. Add the chopped onion and fry with the meat.

Pepper and carrots cut into strips and add to the meat.

All fry until carrots are tender. Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and mix.

For meat put diced potatoes, add water almost all the potatoes. salt and pepper.

Simmer covered until cooked potatoes.

Tomatoes cut into cubes and add to the hot. Add the bay leaf and simmer for 10 more minutes.

When the roast is ready, remove the bay leaf.

When serving sprinkle with herbs.
