Roasted asparagus

Ingredients:

Asparagus – 400g
Garlic – 3 cloves. not small
Butter – 30 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp or olive
Lemon – to taste
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – optional
Lemon zest – optional

Preparation:

Place the asparagus in a pan and pour boiling water. Water is required to add salt. Asparagus loves salt! Cook for 5 – 7 minutes. It can not be digested – will collapse.

Peel and chop the garlic. In a frying pan melt the butter, add a spoonful of vegetable, throw the garlic.

Drain the asparagus from the water and then throw it in the pan.
Fry a few minutes on medium-high heat, shaking the pan gently, thereby turning the asparagus stalks.

Serve, sprinkling with lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. For flavor, you can sprinkle with lemon peel. Another option for a change – grated hard, fragrant cheese.

Very easy to prepare, but the fried asparagus is good, it is not necessary to overload the tastes and prolonged heat treatment.
