Rice with vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients:

– 300 g of parboiled rice with wild
– 1 carrot
– 2 onions
– 300 grams of mushrooms
– 100 grams of green peas
– 100 g Green Beans
– 100 grams of canned corn
– salt pepper
– Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

Mushrooms washed and cut into 4 pieces, fry in vegetable oil in a deep pan with a thick bottom.

Onions chop, fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Carrots cut into strips and add to the onions. Fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. Green peas and green beans unfreeze.

Boil the rice according to the package. I take a special heat-resistant bag for easy and quick preparation. To release from the package, put the rice on a plate.

To add mushrooms fried onions and carrots, rice, pepper and salt, mix well. Hold at heat for 5 minutes.

At the end, add the thawed vegetables and corn. Simmer for 5-7 minutes under the lid closed.
