Rice with green beans, chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

Figure – 0.5 cups
Chicken fillet c skin – 500g
Green beans, coarsely chopped – 250 g
Mushrooms (mushrooms) – 200 g
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1/2 cup of rice pour 1 cup water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes, until tender and the water is completely absorbed.

Cut the chicken into small pieces with the skin. Fry the chicken a few minutes confident heat for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.

The skin already contains fat, so you can fry without oil, if we put the pieces skin side down.

Add to the pan green beans and finely chopped mushrooms. Pour a spoonful of oil.

Sauté for 5 minutes, add the finely chopped garlic. Mix with rice ready.

Season with salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes, until the rice is warmed up properly.
