Quick pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and capers

Ingredients:

Farfalle pasta – 200 grams
Tomatoes (cured) – 100 g
Oil with sun-dried tomatoes – 50 ml
Garlic – 2 cloves
1.5 tablespoons capers
Olives black – 6-8 pcs.
Parmesan cheese – 60 g
Pepper (black, ground) to taste

Preparation:

Preparation time – 15 minutes.

Number – 2 servings.

Garlic clean. Olives cut into pieces. Cheese rub on a small grater.

In a blender, place the garlic, tomatoes and oil. Whisk into a homogeneous mass.

Cook the pasta in salted water as directed on the package.

Strain and leave to 50 ml of water in which the cooked pasta.

Transfer the pasta to the pan. Add the tomato-garlic mass, capers, olives and drain the water.

Mix well and season with pepper.

Place a skillet over medium heat, and all together a good warm up (2-3 minutes).

Sprinkle the cheese, stir and serve.
