Quiche with vegetables and feta cheese


For the filling:

eggs – 2 PCs.
red onions – 2 PCs.
small zucchini – 1 PC.
salt, black pepper
milk – 300 ml
butter – 2,5 tbsp
salted cheese – 100 g
small tomatoes – 3 PCs.
flour – 1 tbsp
green beans – 100 g
fresh green peas – 100 g

For the dough:

egg – 1 PC.
butter – 100 g
pinch of salt
flour – 200 g


The flour with the salt sift into the bowl of a food processor. Add the chopped small pieces of butter and whisk. Continuing to whisk, pour in the egg. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 min.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. On a floured surface roll out the dough into a circle, put it in a baking dish so that were closed bottom and sides. Excess dough is removed.

Milk mixed with flour. Put on medium heat and cook, stirring, until thick. Remove from heat, leave for 5 minutes so that the sauce cooled down a bit, then add the eggs, salt and pepper. Mix.

Tomato wash, cut into slices. In the form with the dough to spread the sauteed vegetables, cover them with sauce. On top spread cheese and tomatoes. Put in the oven for 40 minutes Serve warm.
