Pumpkin slices baked with garlic and herbs

Ingredients:

Pumpkin, cut into slices – 300 g
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt, pepper, olive oil
A mixture of Provencal herbs (basil, oregano and thyme) – 1 tbsp
A little bit of balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

Pumpkin cleaned from the skin (can not do it), cut into arbitrary slices, put on the laid paper baking pan.

2 garlic cloves divided into slices, peel and put it to the pumpkin.

All the salt and pepper, brush with olive oil (I did it with a brush), sprinkle with Provence herbs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Bake at 175 ° C about 40 minutes, until soft.

Serve as a side dish to meat dishes, as a separate dish or with grain bread, after brushing his mashed roasted garlic.
