Pumpkin salad with pasta


Garlic – 2 cloves
sugar – 1 tsp
500 g short pasta
500 grams of pumpkin pulp
200 g frozen green beans
Cheese – 50 g


Pumpkin cut into cubes. Put in a pan, sprinkle with sugar and salt, pour 0.5 cups of water and cook, covered over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Beans lowered to 2 minutes. in boiling salted water, then drain.

Parsley wash, dry. Half of parsley finely chopped, the rest of the large pick. Garlic peel and chop.

Preheat a frying pan in butter, put the garlic and chopped parsley, and cook 2 minutes. Cook the pasta, cool.

Mix them with pumpkin, beans and garlic dressing.

When serving sprinkle with the remaining parsley and cheese.
