Pumpkin pie


on the dough:

Butter – 100 g
Sugar – 50 g
Flour – 150 g
A pinch of salt
Egg – 1 pc.

on filling:

Pumpkin puree (pumpkin, boil and mash) – 250 g
Cream (35%) – 250 g
A pinch of salt
Egg – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 75 g
Cinnamon – 1 tsp..
Nutmeg to taste


The oil mixed with sugar.

Add salt and flour, chopped up the crumbs.

Add eggs, knead the dough and put into the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Distribute the dough in shape (21 cm), the bottom of the pin plug. Pour the filling over the dough. Bake at 180ยบ C for about 30 minutes. Cool.

All of the ingredients for the stuffing mix well.
