Puffs with egg, ham and cheese

Ingredients (for 2 pieces):

Puff pastry — 1 sheet
Hard cheese — 50 g
Ham — 50 g
A few olives
Eggs — 2 PCs.
A couple of sprigs of parsley
Salt, pepper


1. Roll out the dough in one direction. Cut out 2 squares with sides of about 15 cm and spread on a baking Mat or parchment covered baking sheet.

Pressing lightly with a knife, draw out the side, stepping back from the edge about 1cm ( not cutting through the dough completely). Pinned inside the surface of the dough with a fork.

2. Ham and olives cut into small pieces.

3. RUB cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Put the ham, cheese and olives on the dough, not going beyond the marked square with a knife. Bake at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

5. Take out from the oven. Break an egg into each puff. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Return to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, until the egg has set.

6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
