Profiteroles with chocolate mousse

Ingredients:

shue dough – 200 g

For the filling:

the large egg – 3 PCs.
600 g white chocolate
800 g whipped cream
4 yolks
5 sheets of gelatin
100 g of fruit or berries
40 g of rum “Bacardi”
50 g coconut liqueur

Preparation:

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, place on a baking paper. Bake large profiteroles.

Soak gelatine in water. The chocolate melt.

Beat eggs and mix with chocolate. Add the liqueur and rum and whisk.

Enter the gelatin, stir. Lightly fold in the cream. All beat up and cool.

Cut profiteroles in half and fill with mousse obtained.

Decorate fruit.
