Pears (red) – 4 pcs.
Sour cream 42% – 250 g
Chicken Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sugar – 100 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 package
Flour – 150 g
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Cinnamon – 1 tsp..


1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla in a lush lather. Gradually, continuing to whisk, add sour cream.

2. Sift together the flour with baking powder and salt. Mix until uniform dough.

3. Peel pears and cut lengthwise into neat slices.

4. Pears lay slightly overlapped in a baking dish. Pour the dough and put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 1 hour (can be baked longer, closed shape with foil if the pears will be very juicy).

5. Cool the cake in the form for 30 minutes, then invert the cake onto a plate.
