– 1 Bank of condensed milk
– 2 eggs
– 1 Cup flour
– 1 tsp soda, slaked with vinegar
– 3 tablespoons cocoa

For the cream:

– 2 cups milk
– 1 egg
– 4 tbsp flour
– 1,5 tbsp. sugar
– 4 tablespoons cocoa
– 250g butter


In a bowl, mix well condensed milk and egg, add the slaked soda and flour with cocoa. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts.

In the form greased with butter bake 2 Korzh at 180°C  for 20-30 minutes (the color of the cocoa gives the cake a dark color, so you need to be careful not burnt).

When cakes have cooled, cut each in half lengthwise.

Prepare cream:

4 tablespoons flour mixed with sugar, 1 tbsp milk and egg. All good RUB, and then gently pour the remaining milk and put on fire.

Cook over low heat until boiling. Remove from heat, cool. Then add cocoa, butter and beat well.
To cream cakes.
