Pots with meat, beans and mushrooms


500g beef (pork, lamb)
200 g of bean
300 g tomatoes
300 grams of mushrooms
200 g of bell pepper
150 g onion
vegetable oil


If you do not like beans, you can not add it.
Instead, small pots, you can use a baking dish with a lid, a volume of about 2.5 liters.
On the number of ingredients obtained 5 medium pots, 500 ml.
When serving sprinkle with herbs – parsley, dill or chives.

Beans soak for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).
Boil the beans until tender.

Onions finely chop.

The meat cut into small pieces.

Mushrooms cut into small slices.

Peppers remove seeds, cut into strips.

Tomatoes cut into cubes.

In vegetable oil fry the onion. Add meat and fry a little.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Add pepper and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

The pots put a little meat. On the meat put beans. On beans put meat.

Pour a little water (about 50 mL). Close lid. Put in the oven.

Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
