Potatoes in Italian

Ingredients:

Italian herbs (set of herbs) 1 tbsp
potatoes (large) 6-7 PCs.
butter 4 tbsp.
unrefined olive oil 4 tbsp
parsley (finely chopped) 1/4 Cup
salt and pepper to taste
Romano cheese 150 g

Preparation:

Baked with cheese and herbs potato combines perfectly with mushrooms, chicken or tomatoes. But by itself, potatoes with a crispy crust – just delicious! Cut the potatoes and place in cold salted water.

RUB on a grater or chop the cheese. Prepare herbs.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, spray a baking sheet with olive oil and place the potatoes. Sprinkle the dry herbs, and top with cheese and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and spread over the cheese a few slices of butter.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes, then rotate baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. The potatoes should be Golden brown.

Then sprinkle the dish with salt and pepper, and serve.
