Ingredients:

milk – 150 ml
33% fat cream – 150 ml
potatoes – 800 g
bay leaf – 1 pc.
salt – to taste
Cheddar cheese – 100 g
smoked ham – 175 g
butter – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – 1 clove
onions – 2 onions

Preparation:

Potato and onion to clean, cut into thin circles. Garlic clean, chop. Ham cut into thin strips. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. A suitable size baking dish greased with butter. Put layers of potatoes, onions and ham.

In a saucepan pour the cream and milk, add the garlic and bay leaf to a boil. Then pour the milk mixture into the baking dish.

Bay leaves put into the center of the form. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the form of a sheet of foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 30 minutes.
