500 g of finished ground beef,

1 kg potato

200-300 g cherry tomatoes,

2 eggs,

1 large onion,

1 carrot,

3 cloves garlic,

3 tbsp. spoons of semolina,

5 tablespoons of mayonnaise,

1 tsp turmeric

2 teaspoons mustard,

salt and pepper – to taste

a small bunch of dill,

vegetable oil.


Simmer in a vegetable oil, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and grated carrots on a medium grater, all sprinkled with turmeric.

Give a little bit cool. Raw potatoes cleanse and rub on a grater. We connect with mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, semolina, salt, pepper, chopped herbs and stir.

Add to the potato mixture zazharku from carrots, onions and garlic, all mixed thoroughly. From stuffing his hands soaked in water forming balls (meatballs).

Mass lay in greased form and level. On the surface, gently pushing evenly spread the meat balls and cherry tomatoes.

Put the form in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake until done.
