Potato  chips


800 g of potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pinches of cayenne pepper
¼ tsp ground sweet paprika
salt and ground black pepper to taste


Potatoes are cut into slices of 2-3 mm thickness.

Put the potatoes into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, paprika, cayenne and black pepper. Season with salt and stir.

2 blanketed foil pan. Grease foil with olive oil. In one laid layer of potato slices.

Put the baking sheet in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake 15 minutes, then turn the pans 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp condition.
