Pork with banana and peanut sauce


Clove powder – 0.5 tsp
soy sauce – 2 tbsp
banana – 1 pc.
0.5 small fresh chili peppers
0.5 tsp of ground coriander seeds
150 g pulp of pork
0,5 small onion
vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
200 ml chicken broth
0.5 cups of unsalted peanuts peeled
2-3 sprigs of cilantro
1 tsp grated dark chocolate


Chili cleaned of seeds, chop.

Onions and garlic are finely chopped.

Peanut pour over boiling water, peel, grind in a blender or grinder to puree the state.
In a skillet heat the 1 tablespoon oil, put the onion, garlic and hot peppers. Sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add hot broth, peanut sauce, soy sauce, chocolate and spices.

Mix, allow to boil and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

In a frying pan heat the remaining oil. Meat beat off, put in a pan and fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Banana peel, coarsely chopped diagonally, add the meat and cook on high heat together for 1 minute.

Serve with boiled rice, sprinkle with coriander. Sauce submitted separately.

TIP Instead of fresh chili, you can use dried, about a quarter of a teaspoon. Just add it to the sauce. The sooner the add, the greater will be the dish.
