Pork ribs are Canadian

The sauce for the pork ribs was very sweet, despite the fact that the amount of sugar I reduced tripled when compared to the original recipe. To me it did not hurt, I like sweetbreads. If you have other addictions, reduce the amount of sugar. Use applesauce of sour apples.


Pork Ribs – 800 g
Puree (apple, ready can be used purees for baby food.) – 80 g
Ketchup – 80 g
Garlic (dry powder) – 1/2 tsp..
Sweet paprika – 1/2 tsp..
Black pepper (ground) – 1/2 tsp..
Soy sauce – 2-3 tbsp. l.
Lemon (juiced) – 1/2 piece
Brown sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon (ground) – 1/2 tsp..


Mix all ingredients (except the meat, of course) in a suitable size bowl.

Cut the ribs so that the portion had on one edge. If large pieces and you will cook the meat in the oven, you can pre-boil them for 15-30 minutes. I did not do it. Put the meat in the sauce, well obmazhte each piece and store in a cool place for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

Put the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake for one hour to one and a half when T220 C if the meat is to allocate too much juice, drain it.

The remaining sauce lubricate the ribs every 20-30 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove the foil and bake the meat until golden.

If the sauce remains, cook it balances on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, and serve separately for those who love the ribs with a double portion of sauce.
