Pork in vegetable marinade

Ingredients:

pork – 1 kg
tomato – 300 g
onion – 1 PC.
balgarian pepper – 1 PC.
dill – 50 g
mustard – 1 tsp.
ground pepper – 1/2 tsp
salt – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

Meat wash and cut into small pieces.

All the vegetables them in a meat grinder, add the chopped dill, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the meat with marinade and leave for a few hours.

Put meat on skewers and roast over hot coals.

The vegetable skewers in the marinade ready.
