Chinese pork with pineapple

Pork is preparing a short time and at high heat, and among the ingredients – soy sauce, ginger, meat and pineapple.

Ingredients:

Pork neck 350 g
Sugar 5 g
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Carrot-mini 100 g
Canned pineapples 200 g
Potato starch 15 g
Soy sauce 50 ml
Sunflower oil 40 ml
Orange sweet pepper 1 pc.

Preparation:

Pork neck sliced ​​across the grain thickness of about 1.5 cm. It is possible to fight off a little meat, if you are not sure of its softness. For fresh pork neck is not necessary.

Every piece of pork cut into cubes along thick as 1.5 cm. Separately, prepare the sauce, marinade, which mix the soy sauce, starch, ginger and a little sugar. If you take a sweet soy sauce, the sugar is not needed.

Sweet pepper cleanse from the core and cut into cubes long. In a hot frying pan pour a little oil, put pepper and small carrots (baby carrots). Fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally.

Add the pineapple slices to vegetables, stir and remove from heat.

Pork as quickly fry in very hot frying pan with the sauce until golden brown. In total, this should take no more than 10 minutes.

When the pork is cooked, add it to the vegetables, stir and warm up a bit. That’s all, the dish is ready!

Everything is cooked briefly on high heat, and among the ingredients – soy sauce, ginger, meat and pineapple.
