Meat pork – 2 pieces

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste


Preparation time – 10 minutes

Repel pieces on both sides.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put the pan on a hot grill. Broil 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat)

If an ordinary pan, fry a few minutes on each side.

Turn over and cook 3 more minutes.

Next, pass on to a plate and cover with foil or other top plate to the juices evenly distributed on a piece. And do is prepare a side dish and salad.
