Polish bean soup with sausage

 

Ingredients for 4-5 servings:

– 4 chicken skeleton of soup set (for soup)

– 300 g cooked and smoked sausages

– 1 cup small white beans

– 1 stalk celery petiolar

– 1 medium carrot

– 1/4 medium cabbage

– 1 medium onion

– 3-4 cloves of garlic

– vegetable oil

– Salt, pepper, sweet red paprika

– Dill and parsley

Preparation:

Beans soak for an hour in cold water, put the chicken soup set to boil in 3 liters of water.
