Pizza with sausage, mushrooms and peppers


on the dough:

Dry yeast – 2 tsp
Warm water – 400 g
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt – 1.5 tsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Flour – 4 tbsp.


Sausages turkey – 200-250 grams (or salami)
Sweet green pepper – 1 pc.
Red onions (optional) – 1 pc.
Fresh mushrooms – 100 g
Grated Parmesan cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese


Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, oil, salt. Sift flour and gradually add flour in small portions into the liquid.

Knead a soft dough, put in a bowl, greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and set aside for 30 minutes in a warm dry place without drafts.

Tomato sauce:

Jar of canned tomatoes (diced) – 600 g
Tomato paste – 1 tsp
Garlic (in press) – 3-4 cloves
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Dried basil – 2 tbsp

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, put in a pan and stew for 15-20 minutes, mashing the tomatoes with a wooden spoon.

After adding 1 tsp tomato paste, salt and a little put out more 2 minute and remove from heat to cool.

Cut circles sausage. Cut peppers, onions and mushrooms.

The dough is divided into 4 parts (4 medium pizzas are obtained). Roll out the dough thinly, about as dumplings.

Place the rolled out dough on oiled baking. Apply a thin layer of tomato sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (about 2 tablespoons), mozzarella cheese, put the sliced ​​sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onions and again sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Place in preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes (depending on oven).
