Pie with spinach and feta

The ingredients in the form of 21-26 cm:

300 g flaky unleavened dough (take what is sold as a whole roll, and cut off from it the right amount)
1 small onion
250 g spinach (spinach can be used not only fresh but also frozen. But in this case it is important to not buy shredded and frozen whole leaves)
2 eggs
200 g sour cream
75g feta
This cake – for the lazy who do not like to cook shortbread dough Pirogova bases 🙂 bakes it on the basis of ready flaky unleavened dough. This cake – the perfect addition to breakfast.


1. thawed dough roll out gently in one direction and laid in the form (do not need to grease). Edges cut off (it is desirable that they are a little out beyond the rim, because during baking the dough will slide a bit). Prick the dough with a fork.

2. Put a sheet of foil on top and pour the goods – such as dry beans, peas or rice.

3. We send in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take out, remove the foil and bake another 5 minutes. Take out and leave on the table.

4. Finely chop. In spinach leaves torn off legs.

5. Sour cream, beat the eggs with a whisk until smooth.

6. In a frying pan over medium heat 1 tablespoon warm up vegetable oil. Put the onion and fry, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.

7. Add the spinach to the pan.

8. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute, until the leaves wilt.

9. At the bottom of the baked bases put spinach with onion and crumbled feta. Pour fill. We send in the oven (all the same 200 degrees) and bake until the filling grabbed about 15 minutes.

Cake served warm or chilled completely.
