For the dough:
1.5 cups wheat flour
baking powder – 0.5 tsp.
butter – 100 g
5 egg yolks
sour cream – 1 tbsp
100 ml of cold water

For the filling:
fresh spinach
cottage cheese – 100 g
200 g of Russian cheese
4 tbsp grated Parmesan
salt, pepper to taste

Beat butter until fluffy foam. Continuing to whisk, introduce the egg yolks.

Add sour cream and sifted with salt and baking powder in the flour, pour in the water. Quickly knead the dough. Cover it with cling film and put for 30 minutes in the fridge.
