Pie with spinach and cheese


Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp

Onion – 0.5 pc.

Garlic – 2 the tooth.

Spinach – 120 g

Cedar nuts (stone pine) – 2 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Ground black pepper – to taste

Feta – 100 g


Preheat oven to 190 ° C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chopped onion and garlic until softened.

After a few minutes, add the spinach and saute until they wither (just a couple of minutes).

Remove from heat, add the pine nuts and season with salt and pepper.

Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet, slightly oiled.

Put on the dough with spinach stuffing (closer to one of the corners).

Sprinkle with shredded feta cheese stuffing and wrap the dough. Secure the edges of the dough with a fork.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until the dough will not rise and browned.
