Pie with chicken and potatoes


Flour – 250 g
Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Butter – 90 g
Eggs – 1 pc.
Salt – 0.5 tsp
Potatoes (large) – 3 pcs.
Chicken meat – 300 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Salt – a pinch
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 50g
Milk – 50 ml
Salt – a pinch
Red pepper (ground) – a pinch
Nutmeg – 0.25 tsp
Green – 1 tbsp


1) For the dough flour chop with chilled (but not too hard) butter.

2) Make a recess in the flour. Add to it the egg, sour cream, salt. Knead the dough is elastic.

3) Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4) For the filling boil peeled potatoes and meat.

5) Cut the potatoes into cubes and meat into small pieces.

6) Onions clean, chop finely and fry in a drop of vegetable oil until golden brown.

7) Mix the salt, potatoes, meat, onions.

8) To fill whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.

9) Lubricate the form of butter, lay a parchment paper. Spread the dough in it by making high boards.

10) Put the filling on the dough. Add on top of the fill.

11) Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven 40-45 minutes. Readiness test to determine a wooden skewer.
