Pepperoni chicken

Pepperoni chicken is cooked very quickly and easily. For the preparation can be used as breast and dark meat from the legs.


1 kg chicken
1 tablespoon flour
4 large sweet peppers (if they are of different colors – it will brightly and beautifully)
2 large onions
6 cloves of garlic
800 g tomatoes in their own juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl, add salt, pepper and flour, mix well to coat each piece meal.

In a skillet or pan with a thick bottom over high heat, warm up the 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

The sunset 3-4 fry chicken until golden brown, about 2 minutes per set. Passed on to the plate.

Onions cut into half rings, garlic coarsely chop. Sweet peppers cut into thick strips.

In a saucepan, where roasted chicken, put the onion and fry, stirring, over medium heat, about 5 minutes.
Add the peppers and garlic, fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Return the skillet chicken, add the mashed tomatoes with juice. Adding salt to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer covered until pepper soft, about 25 minutes.

When a desired sprinkle with chopped basil.
