Split peas 250g

Soak the peas in water for a few hours, preferably overnight. They say that this is not necessarily taken with peas, but just in case I soak it swells and is prepared quickly, yet they say removes peculiar to pea “flatulence”.

While the soaked chickpeas, prepare the broth. The meat put in a pot of water to boil, cook for 2 minutes. Prepare a separate hot water 3 -3.5 liters.

Add the cleaned onion and carrots, and cook for about 2 hours (depending on the quality of meat) until cooked. Water can pour, but in the end you should get 2.5 liters of pure broth.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, throw in the broth. Bake in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

Cut into cubes of brisket, ribs and divide all add to the soup. Season with salt to taste.

Chop the onion, carrot, sweet pepper.
