Pasta with tomatoes, basil and garlic


Cherry tomatoes – 450 g
Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
Red onion, finely chop – ½ units.
Garlic in oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Chopped thyme – 1 tbsp. l.
Chopped oregano – 1 tbsp. l.
Flakes of red pepper – 1 ch. L.
Sugar – 1 hour. L.
Noodles or spaghetti – 450 g
Grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup


1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Put the pan all the spices and herbs and cook until the garlic begins to turn golden brown, then add the tomatoes and sugar.
3. Mix well. Reduce heat and continue to keep the fire.
4. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente state. Drain the pasta and place it to the sauce. Add the pasta to the cheese and chopped basil. Mix well and serve.
