Pasta with sausage and caramelized pear

Ingredients:

Pasta – 300 g

Bacon (sausage) – 100g

Pear – 1 pc.

Preparation:

For a start, boil 300 grams of pasta (or another medium-sized pasta). Either remove yesterday.

On the broader pan fry bacon (4-5 sheets) until crisp. In my version – sausages.  It will take about 5 minutes delay finished pieces on a paper towel to excess fat is gone.

While fried bacon, coarsely chop a large pear. Clear the pear and cut into cubes of 1 cm.

Take out the bacon (sausage) and in the same pan fry pear. Add to the pan 3-4 tablespoons of honey.

Fry the pears should be 3-4 minutes, stirring well.

Now we gather all in one cup (you can in a pan in which they cooked pasta).

Putting pasta, pieces of bacon (sausage) and pears.
