Pasta salad with chicken and grapes

Pasta salad with chicken and grapes


Grated semi-hard cheese Fol Epi – 1 tbsp
boiled chicken – 200 g
a pinch of basil
Garlic – 1 clove
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
pine nuts – 1/2 tbsp
large carrot – 1 pc
stemmed celery – stalk 1
black pepper
Natural yogurt – 1 tbsp
fusilli pasta – 150 grams
green grapes – 200 grams

For the filling:

wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
olive oil – 3 tbsp
black pepper


Prepare the filling. Whisk the vinegar with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Hot shift in a bowl, mix with 1 tbsp of filling.

Garlic peel and crush the garlic press, chopped nuts. Mix in a small bowl with basil, yogurt, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt to taste.

Chicken meat thinly cut slices. Celery wash, dry, cut into thin slices.

Carrots are cleaned, cut into cubes. Leave a few grape berries for decoration, cut in half and the remaining free from bones.

Add pasta to chicken, celery, grapes and carrots.

Serve with yoghurt and nut mixture, add salt to taste and pepper. Arrange salad on plates.

Drizzle with the remaining dressing and garnish with grapes.
