Pasta Florentine with egg

Ingredients:

spinach leaves – 75 g
vinegar – 1 tsp
Eggs – 4 pcs.
spaghetti – 250 g
onion -. 0.5 pieces, peeled and finely chopped
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
ground white pepper – 0.5 tsp
salt – to taste
bacon into thin strips – 6 pieces, cut into pieces 1 cm.
cream 20% fat – 150 ml
grated cheese – 70 g
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Preparation:

In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add bacon and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Pour the cream. Boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese and mix. Cover and leave in a warm place.

Boil the spaghetti. Drop in a colander, shake and put the sauce together with spinach. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Heat a pot of water to near boiling. Add vinegar. Beat the egg and gently pour it into the water. Repeat with remaining eggs. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Arrange the pasta on plates. Eggs get a slotted spoon and put into each dish an egg.
